DISASSEMBLY & INSPECTION
The blower is completely disassembled and critical components are inspected for wear, damage and operating condition.

AS-FOUND REPORT
Inspection findings and damaged components are documented and a detailed recommended scope of work is prepared.

CLEANING & PREPARATION
Components are cleaned and prepared for detailed inspection, machining and rebuilding.

ROTOR & COMPONENT WORK
Rotors, shafts, housings, gears and related components are repaired, balanced, machined or replaced as required.

PRECISION ASSEMBLY
New bearings, seals and required components are installed. Rotor timing and operating clearances are precisely set.

FINAL INSPECTION & TESTING
